This is a decent robe for the price. It's soft enough, and roomy, like you'd expect from a terry robe. What keeps this robe, even for the price at 4 stars instead of 5, is the weight. I guess from the description, we were expecting something a little heavier. The price is equivalent with the quality. Overall, it's a fine robe.

I wouldn't call this a spa robe. The material would be equivalent to inexpensive terry bath towels (like the $4 Walmart kind). I'm XL and the robe is really big on me. A fair price might be $35-$40 to my reckoning. The good side is that it is fairly lightweight terry so it dries faster and is cooler for summer use.

This robe is at least cotton but it is not "thick" or "luxurious" as described. Rather it is thin, flimsy and about 1/4 the weight of my previous terry robes. Altogether a big disappointment.

I had expected a very plush Turkish bathrobe based on the description. It was a nice quality but not as thick, plush and weighty as found in 4-5 star hotels . It is definitely not comparable to the HOTEL COLLECTION. The size is regular and not oversized. However, the best quality is that it is 100% cotton and not a mix.

I have been searching for a replacement for my worn out cotton robe and when I read the reviews for this item I thought I had finally found "the one." What a disappointment! The material is flimsy and cheap looking and the sizing was not as generous as other reviews had indicated. I decided to return it, but changed my mind when l read the return policy and realized I was stuck with a dud. I washed the robe to get rid of some of the excessive lint, and to my dismay, one of the sleeves came unraveled at the arm seam- about 4 inches. Lesson learned. No more purchases for me from Overstock.com!!

We purchased 4 of these robes for our hot tub, and they are perfect. Makes it easy to deal with getting out into the cold.

Bathrobe is soft and absorbent. It does run a little large - I got medium, but small would have been fine (size 4-6). Needs to be washed once prior to use.

My boyfriend really wanted a bathrobe for Valentine's Day that was terry which is getting harder to find. Unless you have overstock!! The robe is a little big, super soft, but not that thick (hence the 4 stars).

These robes are the exact same robes that you would use in a spa. They are excellent quality. We actually ended up purchasing 4 of them. Two for us and two for gifts. Everyone enjoyed them. I might add, Overstocks customer service is by far better than any experience you have in a retail store.

Got this robe before a hip replacement surgery. I wanted a thin, not too long, not too thick robe. Everything about this robe fit the bill. It is a little longer than I imagined but perfect for what I wanted. The large I ordered was quite big but still wear every day. Just be aware that I think it runs a bit large. I am 5''5", 140lbs, 38DD. Gave it a 4 only because it runs big!

Actually, these robes may be a 5-star item -- I bought them for my newlywed daughter and her husband for Christmas, and I haven't seen them washed yet, so I went with a 4-rating. They look wonderful and the kids were really excited about them. I made sure they knew to wash them a lot to get them fluffed out (per the instructions). Nicely made, great price. I wish I had been able to get them monogrammed, but I didn't see that offered on this product. Well-packaged and arrived in great shape.

I love the fabric of this robe because it's really soft and not bulky like a lot of the terry cloth robes. I love how the tie is sewn into the back so it's not constantly falling off or having to be pulled through loops to stay on. The length is good - I'm 5'9" and it comes just below my knees. I don't like the sleeve length and find it to be awkward as it's like 3/4 sleeve with a wide opening. I tend to end up rolling mine just so it doesn't feel like I have big flaps. My only complaint is that it is HUGE. I'm 8 and a half months pregnant and I could fit another half of me in this robe. I tried to shrink it in the wash but it still wraps around me as far as it can go and then I look like a nun. Better too big than too small, but where I'm not always going to be pregnant...it will drown me once I have this baby.

If the skinny chicks didn't review after review describe how large this robe is I never would have tried it. Like they say, it is huge, but so am I. :-) I wear a Lane Bryant size 20. This could fit up to a 22. I'm 5'6" with large bust, smaller waist, and large butt. I am slightly disproportionate, with my legs being short relative to the rest of my body. I love the way this fits. I have flabby arm syndrome and the sleeves aren't tight at all. Despite the junk in my trunk the robe is still modesty from behind. I got the ecru and tried it on with a black bra on and the bra was only slightly visible. The sleeves are full length and for the sake of the review I rolled them up to 3/4 and flailed my arms about and the sleeves stayed put. Perfect robe for size 16-22!

Nice and long, which I prefer. I chose a medium, mainly because I'm 5' 4", and I didn't want to have to role up cuffs or trip on the bottom. This all works, although it doesn't wrap as generally around me and feels a tad snug across the chest. I haven't laundered it yet, so can't comment on that. The robe isn't quite as thick and warm as I'd hoped it would be. That said, it will be sufficient (with some fleece PJ's underneath) to handle cold, winter mornings (I live in a 100-year-old house in Ohio, so that's important.) I'm sure it will be perfect for the rest of the year. So, although I'm not thrilled, I still happy I bought it.
