Ashley Handcrafted Bedspread Set

Colors were not as bright as they looked in the pictures. This set is more in the pastel catagory.

This spread is much paler than in the photo. It did not look right in the room and I had to return it. Prior to ordering, I reviewed the return policy. It APPEARS that returns may take place without a restocking fee. So I took a chance on this expensive item. When it did not work, I didn't open the package but immediately initiated the return. I had to pay almost $$$ in restocking/return fee and was told that if the product didn't match the picture on line, that was not reason for a no charge return. I still don't see how this is spelled out in the returns policy. Look for yourself and beware. This is not a customer friendly company and the items are okay, but often not top quality. You certainly don't save by shopping here.
