Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.
We recommend that this item is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.

Christmas present
I bought this pillow as a Christmas present to my husband. After reading the reviews and hearing that it was "too soft" I knew it would be perfect for him. He likes a very soft pillow; one that doesn't raise his head too much. This is just the right pillow for him and he was very happy. He said the covering made a "crackling noise" and wished the case was a little more soft but overall he likes the pillow. We hope the noise will go away as the pillow gets used more.

Disappointed
I was disappointed when I recieved our down pillows. They are very small, and when you lay your head down the feathers go down like you're not even using a pillow. Would not recommend them.

Bit thin
The pillows are soft and comfortable, but are somewhat thin. Good if you don't want a big pillow.
