We recently stayed at a beautiful resort in the desert, and on the bed (on top of the top-sheet) was a very lightweight down comforter. When we got home I decided to see if I could find something similar - a layer of bedding that is somewhere between a sheet, a blanket, and a comforter. I did, and this is it. It's the perfect weight for summer when you just want something lightweight on you.

BIG caveat is that the quilt has to be dry cleaned....you'll buy a new quilt after the second dry cleaning

It's down, it is prickly.... I'd save my money and get something of a little better quality. I haven't washed it yet so I can't comment on durability, but I am not really impressed with this item and feel as though I could have done much better.

I ordered two of these for my grandchildren....They LOVE them. They are not too heavy, very soft. Warm in the Winter and cool in the Summer.. I would highly recommend this. Shipping was great.

Hardly any down in it......you can see straight through the material where there is no filling. Not really happy with this prodduct.

There is very little down in the comforter and what down there is only stays in the outter edges of the comforter. It's basically a comforter of down-less squares, thus it doesn't keep me warm. Might be good for the summer, but I'm disappointed with the product. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

When I first received the comforter I thought it was great. Within a couple of months all the down has moved to the far end of the comforter.

This comforter was not what I expected. It is extremely thin and cheap looking. Also, the white color looked very dingy. I would never put this on any bed.

• How did the color on site compare with the actual product? The color of this comforter was not as white as what is shown in the picture. It actually looked very dingy.

I am very pleased with this comforter. I bought it for my son's twin bed, and it fits it very nicely and is super-warm. The shape is perfect, i.e., there are no bulky areas or pockets, and it really is very comfortable. It was a great deal for the price.

I agree with Cel2. This is the flatest down comforter ever. It does have a grayish cast and the middle squares appear to be almost empty -- I've had it since May of this year. Now I have to purchase another down comforter only this time I am choosing "oversize" so that it at least looks as if I've down on the bed. On the plus side, it does keep me comfortable in the hotter summer months. Truthfully, I've seen fluffier bedspreads.

I bought this about a year ago for my guest room. My guests seem to like this a lot. We had a very cold winter this year in North Texas and I kept the heat off overnight. My guests remained comfortable and I had no complaints. I slept with it once and found it to be great for the price paid. I bought a pricey one from a huge Department store and was not impressed. I wish I had bought two of these instead. Oh well! Great product. You should have no regrets and a lot of warm winters.

It was just what I wanted and I love the fact that it is washable, rather than dry clean. I would like to see other colors with same quality and value.

This comforter is what I always want in down: Cozy and warm! :)IT is a good value for the money.

I bought the down comfortor for my daughters bed. It was a great value for the money. I am very happy with it. It is not too fluffy but just right. She said that it is very warm and she loves it. For me this makes it a great value. If you are using it with a cover it would be perfect for any room.

Very nice down comforter, took it right out of the bag, put a duvet cover on it, and put it on my daughter's bed. She said that it is nice and soft and warm. I have several other down duvets that I have paid more for and this is just as good quality if not better than the others.

I got these for my kids (teenagers) for Christmas and they love them. I did put a duvet cover over them so I wouldn't have to have them cleaned (dry cleaning recommended) so often. I did read in another review that they survived the washer and dryer fine though. Great value, look, and feel for the money!

I recently purchased 3 of these comforters for Christmas gifts. After comparing prices at stores near us found these to be a great price. We live in an area where the winters are not severe so this was an excellent weight .

I love this down comforter, its great quality and its perfect for someone who lives in DC area with some what cold weather.....with couple of snow days.....

I thought this might be too good to be true when I ordered it. A decent down comforter at that price?... As soon as the product arrived I realized that it looked nothing like the picture. The fabric was yellowish and looked almost dirty. The comforter is incredibly thin. There is so little down in it that you can almost see through it. I was very disappointed.

Great find for the price. Light enough to use winter or summer.
