I'm getting confused reading the item description. Does the sheet set come standard with pillow cases, or the set only comes with fitted and mattress sheets, and I'd need to purchase the matching pillow cases separately? Thanks.

These are excellent quality sheets and I am pleased with them, but I did think 500 thread count would be a little softer. Not disappointed, just hoped for a little more softness. Maybe after they are laundered a few more times.Read More
Very nice sheets for the price. Soft and will get softer with continued washes. Nicely warm in winter and hopefully cool in summer months.Read More

We bought these sheets in June of 2014. Initially we loved them. They are really soft and the pockets on the fitted sheet are really deep, which we needed because of the 4 inch memory foam topper on our mattress. However, today (2/10/15) I noticed a hole had been worn into the sheet at about where my feet lay. It is not a tear, but a wear mark as if something rough had been rubbing on it. I have never has a sheet wear out like that.Read More
I literally searched and search and searched the internet to try and find good quality, soft, yet cool, deep pocket sheets, I read review after review until I finally settled on these. I was a bit skeptical about what I would be getting (seeing the price difference compare to other sites) but I am soooo happy I made the decision to get these, They met every requirement I was needing. They are so soft and cool to the touch (even before washing). I have a memory foam bed topper that gets so hot in the summer so I was looking for some sheets that would stay cool without the satin feel (I hate how I tangle up in thin satin sheets). Last night was my first night sleeping with these and I can't remember a time I have ever slept so good (well not since I've had children anyways) These have the extra deep pockets and fit my pillow top Cal-king bed with my 3" memory foam pad perfectly, There is elastic all the way around so it stays on the bed all night. The color was a bit off (I ordered sage but its more of a mint green) but that doesn't really matter to me. I was buying for comfort not color. I have to stay I am so pleased with the quality and feel of these sheets. They are the perfect thickness. They definitely have quality you have to feel to believe.Read More
I've been looking for cool, crisp linen for quite a while--the kind that used to be called percale. This is the closest I've come to it. These pillowcases came out of the package silky. Then I washed them before putting them on the bed. They were slightly wrinkled (not a worry for me), but they felt wonderful. These are definitely summer sheets--of a lighter weight than I usually find, but I prefer that. Also, I ordered the white--it is a true white, bright and clean. Fortunately I ordered the matching sheets too. I'm ordering more. Excellent!Read More
I ordered these pillow cases assuming 500 thread count Egyptian cotton would be pretty nice. But I think they're just so so. They seem to run small. Our standard size pillows just barely fit the cases. The color advertised as "ivory" is more of a dull gray. We're using them but only because they're behind the decorator pillows and don't show.Read More
Finally a fitted sheet that will stay on the mattress! My mattress is only 16" but I couldn't find a fitted sheet that would stay on regardless of how deep the pockets were. I found this one that said the pockets were 21" deep and gave it a try. This has done the trick. I haven't had one problem since them. I bought the colffee color and am very happy with the sheets.Read More
These pillow cases are very smooth feeling and wrinkle free! I would buy these again when needed.Read More

The product description on this says that it is offered in the color "grey", but I do not see that as one of the options listed in the choices. Do you know if this sheet set comes in the color "grey" for a California King bed? Please let me know. Thank you.

Can we order one fitted deep pocket cal. king sheet? and top sheet separately ?
Hello Marybh26, this set has received excellent reviews! This is a set and we're not able to separate each sheet; I apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for shopping with us.
I have a 20" deep mattress; the last time I purchased "deep pocket" sheets that supposedly accommodated 20" mattresses, the elastic barely made it over the bottom of the mattress, and kept coming loose. Will these fit better than that?
Hello librarianmarian, I'm sorry the only information we have is that these sheets are 21 inches deep. Have a great day!
We have an extra deep King mattress(with a mattress cover) and these sheets fit well. No tugging or fighting to get the fitted sheet on. Buy them you will be pleased!
These did not fit my 12" deep memory foam mattress either. The top sheet works but the fitted does not, they keep pulling :(
Our mattress is a 21" California King, and these sheets fit nicely on our mattress.
Is the fitted sheet fully elasticized?
Hello typea, Yes, the fitted sheet has elastic all around to fit mattresses up to 21 inches. Thanks for shopping with us!
My California King sheets did not have elastic all around. The elastic is around the 4 corners only, but this poses no problem for me.

The pillowcases were made in China.
Bed Sheet Thread Count Fact Sheet
The thread count of bed sheets refers to the number of threads per square inch of fabric. For example, if a square inch of fabric in a 300-thread count sheet with a standard weave were examined closely, 150 vertical threads and 150 horizontal threads would be counted, for a sum total of 300. The higher the thread count, the softer and smoother the sheets will be. Thread count is an important consideration to take when choosing a new set of sheets, but it should not be used as a sole indicator of quality. Equally important in choosing a bed sheet is the type and quality of the materials used as well as the fabric's weave.

Popular Types of Quilts
Out of all the bedding made, quilts may be the most diverse. Quilts are produced in all kinds of colors, patterns, sizes, styles and types. If you're looking for a quilt but don't know where to start, take a look at the popular types of quilts below to learn more about this beautiful kind of bedding. Amish quilts: These beautiful quilts reflect the Amish way of living and feature solid colors, deep hues, geometric patterns and very little embellishment. Amish quilts contain the highest quality of construction and stitching, and, sometimes, the wonderful stitch patterns (scrolls, feathers) contrast with the simple backgrounds of their quilts. Applique quilts: These quilts use a French needlework technique where fabric pieces are sewn onto another piece of material to create a design. Applique is used extensively in the quilting process and is not to be confused with patchwork. Patchwork pieces are joined together; applique is sewn on top of the whole piece. Baltimore album quilts: Baltimore album quilts came from Maryland in the early 1800s. Each block in the design of these quilts is appliqued differently, often in ornate floral patterns. Bangladeshi quilts: These quilts are made with layers of Saree cloth. Saree cloth is silk cloth used by women of India to wrap and fold around the body as a garment. The cloth is usually 40 to 60 inches wide by 6 yards long. These quilts are used as bedding or as decorative pieces. Bargello quilts: Bargello quilts are created with offset squares in an up-and-down geometric "V" pattern. The small squares of different fabrics and the colorful designs make these quilts true works of art. Hawaiian quilts: Hawaiian quilts are not pieced, and they usually showcase a large, symmetrical applique in the center of the quilt. Most often the background is white or another solid color. Patchwork quilts: Patchwork quilts are constructed of many small pieces of fabric which are put together in an improvised or irregular pattern. This is a well-known quilt style, and examples of historical patchwork quilts are found in many museums. Ralli quilts: Ralli quilts, sometimes known as rilli quilts, are traditional quilts made in India or Pakistan. There is an abundance of embroidery as well as applique on the patchwork patterns. Star quilts: Star quilts are created with a large star shape, or several star shapes, dominating the pattern. Wedding ring quilts: Wedding ring quilts are crafted in a design of interlocking rings. This pattern goes far back in history: in the fourth century it was used to decorate drinking cups in Rome. Wedding ring quilts are highly popular and make wonderful wedding gifts. If you're looking for a gift to please an engaged couple, you can't go wrong with a wedding quilt. Bedding always makes a significant gift for the bride and groom, and a quilt with coordinating Egyptian cotton sheets can be even better. View All Quilts Back to Guides Directory View All Quilts
