I bought the teal twin for our spare bedroom. I loved it so much, I went to buy one for my own bed. But alas, they don't have queen sized. Hopefully I will be able to find something as nice as this for my bed. Love it! I'd buy this again. Very nice lightweight fabric. The duvet is a generous size for a full bed—exactly as shown in the photo. The yellow is more of a light gold and the grey is warm rather than cool. Both colors are perfect in our space, better than photo. The white is not bright white. It's more of a very pale ivory. This white bedskirt I ordered is too white for this set. http://www.overstock.com/Bedding-Bath/Fresh-Ideas-14-inch-Drop-Poplin-Bedskirt/3418195/product.html Coincidentally, I had previously ordered the same bedskirt in ivory which ended up being too pale for the other bedroom set but is perfect for this one. Compared to the Clara Clark Bright Color Collection Bed Sheet Set (http://www.overstock.com/Bedding-Bath/Clara-Clark-Bright-Color-Collection-Bed-Sheet-Set/10327343/product.html) these sheets are a tad scratchier but much thicker and feel much more durable. They washed up nicely. There was a orange spot on one pillowcase so not sure about quality control. Also, not as deep pocketed as they claim. My mattress is 12" deep and these barely tuck under the mattress. They are very tight and difficult to put on my tempurpedic mattress.

I bought this to go on top of the Serta Ultimate 4-inch Visco Memory Foam Mattress Topper http://www.overstock.com/Bedding-Bath/Serta-Ultimate-4-inch-Visco-Memory-Foam-Mattress-Topper/1657609/product.html because I had read that it helps with sciatica and we had slept on a similar configuration at a resort and my husband's back issues weren't as bad in the morning after that (making him more able to do is physical therapy exercises for the back issues). The feather topper takes a bit away from the 'memory foam' but it isn't bad, and it is nice and fluffy and prevents heat issues. I've not had any issues with feathers sneaking out of this topper when it has the cover on, but when I wash the cover I do see some of them peeking out, I just kinda fluff it up and flip it to reposition it so that it doesn't get worn unevenly. I believe this will be the last bed setup I'll have to get because unless it goes bad this has all lasted at least 2 years and hasn't gone flat or bad, and it is very comfortable. Obviously eventually we'll be changing things out, but regular cleaning/rotating/flipping etc helps keep it from flattening. I like the cover so much I wish I had a second one, and will probably look for that so that we aren't waiting on the laundry every time I wash it.

My husband has sciatica and also sleeps in weird positions sometimes, so he is always complaining about the bed. He also gets hot easily, so I was wary about buying a memory foam topper. I did tons of research and looked at densities, reviews of brands, how thick, etc and decided to get this topper because it was on sale. Even if it weren't it was a good deal at the normal overstock price, but sales make things that much better. I didn't unpack it right away because I was gone visiting my sister in another state for a month when it arrived and my husband didn't open it. Even still, it had no trouble expanding and (perhaps because I didn't open it right away) it had no noticeable smell. it is, however heavy. We have a cal king and it doesn't cover the whole bed inch to inch, it has maybe a 1-3 inch gap on the top/bottom, depending on how you position it, but that's not much of a problem. We also got the Super Snooze 5-inch 230 Thread Count Baffled Featherbed Set http://www.overstock.com/Bedding-Bath/Super-Snooze-5-inch-230-Thread-Count-Baffled-Featherbed-Set/1464042/product.html to go on top because we had stayed at the hilton resort in huntington beach california and the employee there said this was what they used, and after that stay my husband said he had the best sleep of his life, so I researched it and had read that having both helps alleviate the heat issue. The down topper does take away a bit from the 'memory foam' feeling of the bed, but we have slept directly on just the foam topper (with a sheet of course) and there were no heat issues, though I felt a bit sweaty. It actually was more comfortable to be direct on this than on top of the feather baffle, but as summer approaches I will be placing the baffle back on it. As for the sciatica, with the baffle his back is good, without it (so just with this topper) his back is great, while he does still have to do his physical therapy (for those with back issues or sciatica, those core stregnthening pilates/yoga type exercises that the physical therapist assigns really do help prevent it from worsening and can help it get a bit better if you keep up on them). This has made it so he doesn't hurt too bad when he wakes up and is actually able to *do* his exercises, so it is a big help. For what it's worth I personally can sleep on rocks with no pillow and have no issues, but I don't mind this at all, it isn't 'too soft' or anything.

Washed before using and these are comfortable and cool to sleep in. Heads up for those with a 'normal' thick mattress: these run EXTREMELY deep. So much so that we have to pull the edges and tuck them under at the bottom. No matter. They feel soft. BUT they're not as wonderfully 'sateen' as Overstock's wonderful 1000 tc sheets I purchased years ago. Those are in pristine condition and my guests always rave about them! This is the second Serta topper we have had as they do need to be replaced every couple of years. I made the mistake of trying another brand and it was awful and it was no fun to send back.
