The BEST!
After reading about so many versions of this type of product, I selected this one for a couple of reasons. The first being the fact there is a fastening system sewn in, so it can be buttoned into your existing pants. The second being it appeared, in the pictures, to be made of a thicker fabric which covered the "mechanics" a bit better than others I had seen. I ordered and had it shipped to my daughter in Oklahoma, as a surprise. (She was still pretty early on in her pregnancy and was just getting to the point where her pants would no longer button.) It arrived one day ahead of schedule. She is tickled to pieces with it, and wears it daily. Although it comes in two colors (black and white), its a shame it isn't offered in even more, because I would buy them all for her! Order this one...you won't be disappointed.
- How accurate was the sizing? My daughter is 5'9" tall and wears a size 6 pants. The Medium fit her perfectly.

Buy if you like to save money
This has saved me from buying maternity pants. I bought the white and black; and have enjoyed wearing them with my jeans, capris, and dress pants. As long as your pants have a button....then it works. Some other reviews stated no directions, but my package had directions plus it makes sense any way.

Love this product!
This is the perfect product to extend your time wearing your "normal" jeans/pants. I liked this product over other brands (specifically one from Target) because it came with the button closure. Other friends of mine had gotten the Target one and complained that it didn't stay in place, rolled up a lot, and was more of an inconvenience. So, I thought I'd give this one a shot and I have not been disappointed! I purchased the white and it is a nice cotton material that has enough stretch to move but still stays in place and the button closure is great for that as well. There is some obvious movement as you sit and stand throughout the day, but that is normal in my opinion. I do have to spend a little extra time when using the restroom to adjust and readjust, but I feel like that's not unexpected and worth it. The length works great for me as it covers the zipper entirely (and a little more). I also love the fact that there are multiple (probably 5) spots on the elastic part so it can grow with me. I've had so many comments on how surprised people are that I'm still wearing my normal jeans (versus maternity jeans) this far into my pregnancy (5 months). Highly recommend!

Whoever thought of this, thank you. It works with all my plants and adds a stylish undershirt look. Also, saves me a lot of money, wearing my Calvin Klein jeans with it right now and it looks and feels great. Awesome product!

Too hot and constricting.
I don't care for the thick, layered look and the button popped off after a handful of uses. I found it overly long for my 5'3 frame. Could've sewn myself a better quality-product.

Great for the first trimester!
I bought the Belly Button Maternity Band when I found out I was pregnant. It was a real moneysaver because I was able to make my regular work clothes last well into my first trimester. The best thing about the band is the fact that it buttons into your pants and your pants button into it so the band does not slip. It bunches up a little bit in the back, but so do my shirts so that was not an issue. When wearing the band, it looks as if you are layering a shirt underneath your top. It doesn't scream "Maternity!!". Loved it and will use it again after the baby is born to transition back into my clothing.

Get a real belly band!
This product is just a wide strip of cotton fabric with a narrow edge of elastic with a button and several buttonholes on it. The fabric bunches and is unhelpful and you can still see your open zipper underneath the buttons. I never use it and much prefer the stretchy style bellybands.

Not tight enough to hold up jeans
I purchased this to use in between wearing regular and maternity clothing. I am the second trimester, and still fit many of my clothes, except for a couple pairs of jeans. I liked that the Belly Button Band actually buttons to your jeans, but I found that it isn't really tight enough to hold up low-rise jeans. I ordered a size small, (I normally wear a size 2-6 depending on the brand) but it just wasn't effective in actually holding up the jeans that I have. Perhaps it would work for higher-rise jeans, but all of my jeans are fairly low rise, and it wasn't effective for them. Maybe I should have ordered a size extra-small, but I think it's more of a design flaw than a sizing issue.
