If you want a bright red this is more like a dull red. But, it still looks nice

Great storage unit for kids. The finish is great and good quality. Very easy to put together, all holes were exact and all you did was screw into place. I would suggest buying this if you are looking for a long term storage unit.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received this cubby. Its almost an exact replica of a more expensive brand (land of nod), but less than half the price. I expected the quality to be worse given the low price, but I'm delighted to see that it's pretty nice. I'm using it for a toy bin and also bought the "two bin" to stack. It think it will stand up to my boys banging their toys in and out of it. I think its not "real" wood like the more expensive one, but it sure looks like it. And I would love for it to be available in more colors like the expensive one, but blue and red are good. Oh - The blue and red are much darker than they look in the pictures. The blue was more like a navy and the red was closer to maroon. They look brighter in the pictures. Overall, a good buy.

Overall, this is a great product, especially for the price. The big surprise was that the color was not what I expected. The pictures showed a more cherry-red color, but the actual product is more of a brick red. There were a couple of small scratches on the pieces, not really noticeable but definitely expected in this kind of made-in-China-do-it-yourself furniture. They were fairly easy to put together. I assembled each unit in about 30-45 minutes by myself. I do really like this product. The bins are deeper than I had thought they would be and they really hold a lot of stuff. I purchased two of these to stack together (the stacking was easy and there are parts included to strap the units together if you want to stack them), and they make a really great storage space in my kids' play space (which also happens to be a corner of our living room). I especially like how the front of the bins are open but have the piece on front to hold things in. That means that we can effectively store more in each bin, the kids can see what goes in each bin, and since they can see everything most of the toys are actually getting more use. We used to rely just on a toy chest, but even with dividers and internal organization things just got lost in there. Just in the first week of having these new bins up, our clean-up routine became dramatically easier and my kids (ages 2 and 4) are playing a lot more independently because they can find things more easily. The bottom line: This is not high-end furniture, but it's sturdy, easy to assemble, and works great. We definitely recommend it.

Its a solid piece. Easy to put together. The red isn't as bright as the picture shows, but I really like it. Using it for a shoe bin inside our hall closet. It holds a lot of shoes!!

Great value for price. Stickers to cover the holes are cheesy. My biggest issue is the color. I purchased the 2 bin and 3 bin set both in red and they aren't the same shade. The three bin is a brick red and the two bin is a cherry. Very annoying as the picture specifically shows them both as matching. Exchanging the brick for the blue as the red color difference will drive me nuts.

Boxes are very nice and useful, exacty as they appear in the picture. One of the tops arrived with a little red spot but I asked for a replacement part at www.badgerbasket.com, and they send it to me free of charge and right away.

Unfortunately, this is the worst thing I have ever purchased from Overstock. The icing on the cake was the red stickers they provide to cover the screw holes. This is furniture specifically marketed for children and now my 2 year old has poked his little fingers through all of the stickers. Ugh...

These were easy to set up. I did it myself and even with two toddlers "helping" it was quick. They are sturdy and look nice. The red is a nice rich color, not a caustic bright red. They are nice and roomy - my 25 lb 2 year old daughter fit nicely inside of one of the bins. (she climbed in during construction) We stacked them, which they do nicely, and used them to house bulk TP, Papertowel on top and sports equipment and swim gear on the bottom. The handles of the tennis rackets stick out from about the hand grip on but the face fits inside just fine. I think these were a fair price and a good product.

This is a great storage for kids toys. Great quality and great price. The color is a but more muted and looks more like a brick color than a fire engine red as pictured. Overstock was great with the exchange of the damaged product and had the replacement shipped express. Worth the hassle for the price and quality

Purchased 2 of these , one in white and one in red, for my daughters toys. A little pricey for the the quality but if you google the same cabinets they are twice as much elsewhere. Yes, just like other reviews, stickers are weird and will come off of you babies are small they will pick on them. My baby is 5 years old so she was asked not to pick them so they are still standing still. But it would be good if they can come up with plastic caps to cover those screws. I would recommend this product if you are organizing toys, good idea.

We love the new storage bins. The color was true to the picture, ours really did come bright red, unlike the other reviews where they talk about the color discrepancy. It was very easy and fast to put together, and great quality, sturdy. My only wish is that they were longer to accomodate even more toys, but it is true to what was described and I would absolutely buy it again. We combined it with the 2 bin storage cubby, and it looks great in our play room, holds a ton of stuff in each box and looks great.

These are very cute bins and super easy to put together, but they smell awful for a few weeks after opening the boxes. I had my husband carry them out to the garage for a week and let them air out, and they still smelled when he brought the back in. So, I recommend letting them air out before you have them around your children. I also wish that they gave you proper plugs to cover the screw holes. The stickers they give you to cover them is just silly....my children would wreck those immediately. Instead, I took red paint and painted the screw holes. Overall, they are cute and organize my kids toys nicely.

I didn't think this would be easy to assemble. It took me less than 30 minutes. The size and color is perfect. I needed storage for my daughters room and some color, it worked just right. The bin is spacious and pretty. Definitely would recommend. It can be used in so many ways.

I bought two of these for my sons' room and stacked them together. They were easy to assemble and seem very durable and heavy. I had my four children helping me (ages 5, 4, 3, and 1.5) and we assembled both and stacked them in under 40 minutes. Pros: they are easy to clean, and assmebly was simple. I love that the manufacturer used screws instead of cam locks, as I find cam locks difficult to get tight and scure. Storage space was much better than I expected; I'm considering buying more for our girls' room and the kids playroom. Cons: as another reviewer mentioned, they include stickers to place over the screw holes which I agree does look cheap. However, for the price, I didn't even expect something to cover the screw holes, and personally, I dislike the plastic caps that some use for their products. If those caps aren't tapped in fully, a child could easily pull it off and swallow it. Either way, I simply left the stickers off and am quite happy with the overall look.

Normally restrained decorators tend to let loose when decorating toddler bedrooms. After all, the color and pattern palette of kids' furniture and bedroom decor tends to be far more diverse than those for adult bedrooms. You can begin with a few large pieces of kids' furniture, such as a toddler bed, kid dresser and storage shelving. Add a theme or a palette and work from there or just add some simple textiles and wall art for a few decorative accents.
