    I bought this for my 19 month old shes 28 lbs and i doubt this would work for a 35 lb baby. We tried it out on our dinning table chair when we got it and it didnt work kept sliding, it has to be used on a chair that has a cushion or o guess textured bottom in order for baby to not be fallling all over the place. not worth the money material is cheap also.
