Finally my nephew isn't afraid of an aspirator!!
My nephew used to scream when the aspirator came out ( he has allergies and congestion) but he loves th eelephant- he even laughs when my niece uses it. It does the job, too.

Useless
This baby nasal aspirator is completely, let me repeat, COMPLETELY useless! Sure...it looks cute and you probably will get one at your baby shower, but this cute little elephant aspirator is 100% useless and here is why: 1. The material is too stiff to even squeeze. 2. Since the material is almost too stiff to squeeze, it is also too stiff to expand again once you've squeezed it. 3. This means...you end up jamming the aspirator up your baby's nose while struggling to squeeze it and after all that, you get absolutely no suction. 4. Trust me, I had to resort to this piece of junk when I couldn't find the hospital supplied aspirator which can be purchased here: http://***.com/ and I highly recommend it if you are replacing the one you have or looking to buy it for a parent-to-be. Please don't purchase this useless elephant so that it finally can leave store shelves. I just hate seeing a product out there that looks useful and then well meaning people go out to buy it to discover that they just wasted their time and money. Hope this helps...
