Seat looks good, packaging was wanting
This did not come in the retail box and did not include manuals, just the car seat (looking new, with a registration card attached) in a box. Not impressed. Car seats should be shipped protected, and the manual is IMPORTANT.

Safe
I purchased this product because of its consumer reports safety rating. It has the highest rating, tied with the Chicco Keyfit (which is about double the price). I am happy to have a safe seat, but the quality of the materials seems pretty cheap. The sun/rain shield's thin plastic frame seems like it wants to break. But it hasn't broken yet!
