  • Love this seat for a 2 year old!

    I purchased this seat for my 2 1/2 year old after his car seat was in a car accident. I was looking for something that would grow with him so I wouldn't have to buy another seat. This was my favorite because of it's smaller size. I have 3 children who are all in a booster seat of some type. It was a challenge getting all 3 in our small SUV. This seat made it much easier! Once you have installed it once it only takes a minute to move it. The initial set up was a little confusing, but once i figured out where all of the belts were it was easy! Love that each strap has individual adjustment too! Makes it easy to get the perfect fit!!! I am very happy with this seat!!!

  • These seats are great for my bigger boys!

    I bought these seats for my then 7 &5 year old boys who my husband and I still wanted to be in a 5 point harness. These were the ONLY seats I found with a 17 inch width base and when squeezing 3 car seats in the back seat of a Toyota Camry its helpful to have a more narrow seat. They fit perfectly and they were so easy to install. My boys were much more comfortable with the flatter back design too. Fast forward a year and they are using just the base for their booster seats in my new van and when my daughter out grows her seat she will get my oldest sons Go-Hybrid booster in the 5 point harness. Love love love this seat!

Go Hybrid can only be used with a top tether, those with many older cars and uncertain safety features, may not be able to use this car seat in some vehicles. overstockcustomercare1 on May 22, 2012
 
 
Can this car seat be used without the LATCH system? We have a truck that has a tether attachment for the back but no LATCH for the sides. Can we just use a seat belt to secure the car seat and then use the harness to secure the kid to the car seat? jessharris on Mar 17, 2012

The latch system is a convenience that will eventually be added to all vehicles that will be out on the road. But it is not something that has to be used and it is an either/or for either the seatbelt system of the car to be used or the latch/tether to be used. overstockcustomercare1 on Mar 20, 2012
