My son has been traveling in this seat since he turned 11 months. It seems comfortable, he seems to be comfortable, too. My son is now 2 and the seat still looks like new. And the design is the best!

The comfort and great looks attracted me, and they are great for a pre-toddler and up, however it is not so good for an infant because it will not recline to allow the infant to lie back. Have not yet needed to try the booster seat.

Bought this seat 6 months ago! I just love it! All the features and its convertable! My son sits really good in this seat and it is totally adjustable for the perfect fit! In the rear facing position i did have to buy a chunk of a swiming noodle to put underneath the base to get it to sit right. Super easy to install and assemble base. Would Highly recommend!!

The minute my 2 year old child was placed in this car seat her eyes lit up and she smiled. She used to hate her old car seat and resisted getting into it at any cost and to my frustration. She, of course, had outgrown the old one. Now she is a happy camper and I am a happy mommy. Can't say better than that!

Arrived promptly. Box was crushed on one side, however product was undamaged.

This is our first convertable car seat purchase for our (then) 18 month-old son. It was lengthy to place the carseat in using the LATCH system, but I expected this: we are 1st time parents who have NEVER done or seen this done before! Plus, I'd rather it be difficult to get in because then maybe it would be difficult to get out (i.e. fall out or slip out). My only gripe really with this carseat is that it advertises that it reclines (which I was REALLY excited about because I figured I'd be able to recline him while he sleeps to prevent 'bobble head'), however, in the forward-facing position it does not recline, AT ALL! Maybe I didn't understand fully about the recline feature, but, I believe this should be something explained better, especially for first-time parents who don't know any better. Otherwise, the chair is very comfy for him! He loves it! It's easy to clean, sylish, and seems secure (just a little wobbling at the bottom when he's not in the seat).

I bought this for the added benefit of it being a convertible car seat and also loved the design and the fact that it was in black. The JPMA certification on these seats is also an added relief. I found it pretty easy to use and figure out just from looking at the pictures on the box and playing with it. It hasn't gotten dirty yet, but, from minor spills it seems that it is easy to clean, which I love. The only thing that I can say irks me a little is the size, but, the feeling is not significant enough for me not to love it.
