This is a great car seat for the price, especially for the between size baby. My grandson quickly grew out of his infant combo seat but many of the next size seats barely reclined. This seat reclines very nicely and is well cushioned and cozy for our 7 month old. It is large and needs to be in the middle of the back seat of my mini van to allow it to recline between the front bucket seats. This requires a bit more reaching. Small price to pay for a comfortable baby! Our baby is 21 pounds now and it appears that he has lots of room for growth. Not sure how it will really work out for a toddler but so far I love it!

This seat ROCKS!!! I also have this seat in the Nitron color for my oldest son. I purchased this one for my 5 month old because he is entirely too heavy to lug around in the infant carrier seat. I really like that it has 3 reclinIng positions to adjust baby when seated. It prevents any head movement when they are asleep. I also like that it comes with the matching baby head cushion if using with a small infant. The movable arm rests are nice are the child gets older, as are the removable cup holders. I'm also impressed with how well the cover holds up. I wash it on a weekly basis on the delicate cycle & it isn't showing any signs of wear. My older son loves his & I'm hoping my younger son does as well.

The carseat is to install either forward facing or rear facing. The seat is plush and must comfortable because my little one falls asleep on every car ride now :)

While it was difficult to put it in my truck only because there's not much space, but the car seat is perfect and my son absolutely loves it!

I as many other first time moms searched forever for a good carseat. This style was recommended by others. We love it! It does however take a lot of room up in a vehicle I drive a smaller SUV and the passenger seat has to be up a lot. However I feel that this seat is very safe and I will deal with less passenger room unti we can forward face. Also this seat was about $50 cheaper on here.

Many of the seats we looked at had cheap harness clasps (buckles) and they were small and hard to use. The Safety 1st Alpha Omega is our fourth seat of the smae brand, though we have bought others, we returned them and went back to this seat.

This is our second Alpha Omega Elite seat. Was a much better price than any other online retailers, had free shipping and I'd found a 10% discount coupon. So I had to wait a few days for ground shipping. Big deal! Totally worth it.

I absolutely love this car seat. It was very easy to install and also my son loves sitting in it. I would reccomend this car seat to anyone. Plus I also shopped around everywhere and I didn't find any convertible car seat for this awesome price!

When the carseat showed up at my home, the box was completely destroyed. I have no idea if the carseat is still safe to use. There is no way to tell if this happened during the shipping process or if it left the overstock warehouse in that condition. The carseat that I recieved is not the same one described in the description and in the photo for this item. It's heavy and very hard to work with. The instruction manual is somewhat harder to read than the manuals that I've had with other carseats in the past. When my kid sits in this, it's like his head is too far forward and his back is in a weird arch position, despite my efforts to adjust the seat. I will not be buying another carseat from this company, nor will I purchase one from Overstock because I don't always get what I think I'm buying when I order something from this website.

We bought this car seat for my parents so that when we came to visit they would have a car seat that would last our son his whole car seat life. Our son was 5 weeks old when we went to visit for the first time and when we went to install the car seat it did not fit in my parents Tracker. Even with the passenger seat as far forward as it could go, meaning no one could sit in it. It was still not at the right angle and it was still touching the passenger seat. I am not returning it because my parents will not be using it all that often and I think that it will be a great car seat for our son when he is older and facing forwards

Excellent car seat, the reason for 4 stars is because of the lack of stability of rear facing. It's good but they reccomend a rolled towel or summing noodle to make it even with the ground. But If you have either or then it's good, but you have to keep adjusting! Haven't positioned to the front yet which I'm sure is better. The people who say that the straps get twisted easily is inaccurate, I don't know what you are doing to twist the straps, but I had it for some time now and haven't twisted them yet? I would reccomend for a friend! It's great product for your buck, advice...use a pool noodle instead of towel for complete stability!
