We went to Italy for 10 days with our almost 3-year-old and this backpack stroller was a life-saver! It takes a little bit of practice to fold and unfold it, but it was very convenient to have somewhere our daughter could rest while we did all the walking. It's lightweight so we could also keep it off of the backpack and handy during a tram ride, for example, and use the backpack for storing something else. We just took it in the plane as a carry-on. A couple of mild cons: 1) It feels flimsy at first, probably because we're used to the full-size Britax B-Ready stroller. It's not. 2) Maneuverability is obviously compromised because of the smaller wheels so using it on gravel-lined sidewalks/paths with our girl on it was not an option. 3) It's good to have a little pillow or travel neck pillow to help support the kid's head when he/she's asleep. The seat angle makes for no neck support.
