Great great gift
I have bought many of these for every niece and nephew and other friend's children. I have never been disappointed and they become a treasured item by each child. For those who say they are "smaller than they used to be" I think they are ordering the wrong item. This company manufactures both the Blanket-sized Lovie and the Lovie Babies (more portable and smaller). If you want a lovie and not a blanket, this is the one you want. Love the product! Great baby gift.

Superior Securtiy Blanket
I do professional embroidery. I purchased a lot of these years ago to embroider and sell. They were very expensive at the time. They make excellent gifts. The ones I am purchasing from overstock are ones I am giving as gifts to my nieces and nephews babies. These ones are the perfect size for a newborn and toddlers. They are light and super easy for them to carry around. They wash up well. Most importantly they have plenty of space for me to embroider their names, birthdates and other information I may want to add. Super Gift.

Not as big as I thought it would be
My daughter got one of these when she was born 13 years ago and we wanted to get the same one for our friends new baby. Unfortunately, the size was about half what my daughters original one was but the price was the same! the quality is fine, but I'm disappointed it is so small.
