I ordered this based on the other wonderful reviews. It does both front and back and side to side rocking. You can vary the speed of the rocking, change the music and a volume control. The mobile has a mirror on the bottom and spins while the leaves and birds go up and down. It is very sturdy, definitely not transported easily. Colors were great for boy or girl. Pretty easy to put together while sitting on the couch as getting off the floor isn't too easy at 8 months pregnant. I love that it has an ac adapter, who has time to go out to get batteries with a newborn.

This swing is truly a must have! My son lived in this swing for the first few months, and on some nights was the only thing that gave me a moment's sleep. He is 7 months, and still has about 1-2 naps a day in it. It sits up and reclines, so if you have a refluxy baby, it should help with that as well. We loved the fact that it plugs in (to save batteries), but that you can also use batteries (great when Hurricane Irene hit and we lost power for a week!). This price is also amazing. We spent at least $$$ more on it elsewhere, and still think it was worth every penny!

We bought this cradle swing for our second child and probably one of the best things we've ever bought. It took sometime for our son to get used to it but now looks forward to sleeping here. I wish that it was a bit more portable though and had a smaller footprint.

My grandson loves this swing. It has a calming effect and now that he is getting older, he is noticing the birds and mirror above. My son and daughter-in-law have a swing but he did not enjoy it because if did not have the cradle swing feature. We ended up giving them our swing. Unfortunately, when they went to replace ours Overstock no longer offered this product. Assembly of this product was easy and swing is sturdy. Love the AC adaptor feature so we don't have to use batteries. I would recommend this Fisher Price swing to all new mothers!

This baby swing is being purchased for the second time in our family. love it! Our grand daughter was very happy using it for months! The kids skipped the bassinet for early sleeping and used this swing. Adjustable features are great. The liner gives the child a secure cozy surround but not too firm allowing comfortable movement but good adjustable safety straps assures the kiddo doesn't roll out of the seat. Nice smooth motion and quiet motor. Well worth the money and a great price on Overstock.com. Fast delivery. We are very happy with this product.

I know that this swing is great since one of my nephews has it, when my wife got pregnant we new this is the one we want it. What made me buy it from overstock was the fact that nobody had a better price. I placed the order and two day latter I had the swing my baby loves it ....

This swing looks great and we have generally been pleased with it, but it does have a pretty loud motor. Our baby did not like it right away and we draped blankets over it to slow it down a little because I thought the lowest speed was still a little much for a newborn without the weight of a blanket to slow it down. Now our baby is starting to enjoy it more though and the sounds and music are nice.

I'm very pleased with the swing. It's what I wanted. Very easy to assemble. I would recommend to other parents.

Was a little difficult to put in self tapping screws (had to have my husband do it), but other than that didn't take too much effort to put together. It's so cute and so soft and can't wait til baby is here to use it. It is great quality! If any one complains about the motor noise...it is not terrible and will prob be a soothing sound for the baby. I think I will get a lot of use out of it!

I did alot of research finding the best swing . This one had mostly good reviews there was a few bad reviews on it like about it being loud and the motor going out but I havent experienced any oef these problems it isnt loud at all and it works just fine the music it has is soothing my son loves this swing he is almost 6 months and we didnt get the swing until he was almost 5 months . If you have s tall baby they probably wouldnt be able to use it to about 3 months maybe 4 depends on weight and height on the use but whenmy son gets cranky I put him in it and he instanstly calms down the music puts him right to sleep this swing is erstible for a boy or girl . This is the cheapest website I found I think walmart.com has it for the same price but since overstock always gives discount coupons I got this swing for 117.00 .. So the best value is on this website

I love this swing! It is beyond cute and I love that it has a way to plug it into the wall so I don't have to buy a million batteries. Super soft fabric and it's exactly what I wanted. No complaints!! Also I ordered it on Monday and selected regular shipping and it got to me in 2 days. I'm very happy.

This is a great product, our newborn loves it and was able to use it day one. I am a little concerned about how long he will fit in it but, it is without a doubt a good purchase. I spent a couple of months researching prices and comparing swing types. This one caught my attention because of the ac adaptor option but i love how soft and cushiony it is and the multiple user options for swinging styles. I've only been using it for a week and dddhaven't experienced any issues with the motor but at this point we have gotten our moneys worth up to this point.

I bought this swing for our daughter. She had a regular swing for her first baby and wanted a papasan swing for her second. She had picked this one out, but was willing to go with something cheaper. On Cyber Monday, I got an incredible deal for about the same price as cheaper models. Am I glad that I found that deal. It's an incredible swing, and now all we need is for our precious little darling to arrive to use it.

This swing is so perfect. The fact that it plugs in to an outlet saves a ton of money on batteries. It was also about $50 cheaper on Overstock than at other big name baby stores! Love Overstock!

We couldn't wait to get the swing and put it together. The only down side to the swing is it's kind of noisy but other then that it is really good quality and easy to put together! I would recommend it to anyone.

Hubby and I bought it for our son. Our son loved it so much we bought one for my sister-in laws baby shower for her babygirl due in 8 weeks! At two months, our son started to open his eyes more and he would look and smile with excitement when he would watch the birdies fly around. There is also a mirror he looks into, too. Plus, its battery operated OR plug-in. It's a great buy!
