This baby nasal aspirator is completely, let me repeat, COMPLETELY useless! Sure...it looks cute and you probably will get one at your baby shower, but this cute little elephant aspirator is 100% useless and here is why: 1. The material is too stiff to even squeeze. 2. Since the material is almost too stiff to squeeze, it is also too stiff to expand again once you've squeezed it. 3. This means...you end up jamming the aspirator up your baby's nose while struggling to squeeze it and after all that, you get absolutely no suction. 4. Trust me, I had to resort to this piece of junk when I couldn't find the hospital supplied aspirator which can be purchased here: http://***.com/ and I highly recommend it if you are replacing the one you have or looking to buy it for a parent-to-be. Please don't purchase this useless elephant so that it finally can leave store shelves. I just hate seeing a product out there that looks useful and then well meaning people go out to buy it to di...

After looking at this product I am leary because I am hoping the future grandchild will not assume the medicine taste will occur with the pacifier too.

I bought this Medicator Pacifier to tuck in with a baby gift basket. (It comes with nice packaging too.) Hopefully it will be useful if their child gets sick and needs oral medicine, because it can sometime become a chore to administrate!

I have used these with both of my boys when they were infants. I loved the measuring numbers on the side, how easily the lid snapped on (and off) for washing and just getting it together. My sons both took their medication with no hassles, no spitting up or gagging with the Munchkin Medicator. Babies do what they naturally do - suck on it... You don't have to ask your baby to swallow a big dollop of liquid (that usually tastes nasty)... I was sad when the boys grew out of this b/c it was such an easy thing to use for its purpose. I recommend this product to all new parents!!!! Great to add to your shower gift as a little extra!
