This seat is basic as far as car seats go, but it still does a good job. It is one of the few convertible (rear and fwd facing) car seats on the market that will fit a newborn well, due to the low (7.5") bottom harness slots. The top slots are only 15", so most average size kids will outgrow this seat before they are 4yrs old, sometimes before they are 40lbs, which is the weight limit for the seat. We used this seat for my son and one of the things I really loved about it was that it was lightweight and easy to travel with. It was also easy to install on airplanes. One minor complaint, when using this seat in rear facing mode, one almost always has to used a tightly rolled towel, or piece of pool noodle in the crease of the vehicle seat to get the proper recline. If you are looking for an inexpensive car seat for your growing baby or toddler, then I would recommend this one.This car seat goes from 5-35lbs rear facing, 22-40lbs fwd facing, and has a 32" minimum for forward facing as well. Please research extended rear facing, it is 5x safer than fwd facing. :-)

My grandson has made many long trips between Iowa and Wisconsin in this seat. It is a 9 hour ride and he has been comfortable in this seat. I'm about to pick him up again soon and so far there have been no complaints. I would recommend this seat because the price was good and it is comfortable for my grandson.

The Cosco Car Seat is a good value for the price. Good construction and will grow with the child. Adjustments are fairly easy when following the directions.

I ordered these carseats for my twin grandbabies. They look just like the pictures and arrived quickly. We installed them in our car with ease. I am amazed at how light they are but they meet all safety standards. Our grandbabies just turned a year old and I think these carseats will serve their needs for as long as they need this type of restraint.

I got this car seat so that I had one on hand in case an emergency ever came up and I needed to pick up my neice. While I haven't used it yet, it did go together easily and it seems to be good quality. I don't plan on using the car seat much, so I'm sure it'll meet my needs. Thanks!

Very sturdy, easy to use and great for tiny infants to larger toddlers. Adjustable straps and buckle make it great for fitting any child. Obviously comfortable - my grandson falls asleep on almost every ride!

This seat is perfect for my granddaughter who is a year old but peitie. Her first car seat is too small for her, but she is not large enough for the next traditional car seat. The convertible will allow her to be comfortable while protecting her.l Great price!!! I
