After reading some of the other reviews we went with this car seat as we needed a second car seat to put in grandma and grandpa's car when we visited. Our daughter actually seemed just as comfortable in it as she does in her much more expensive car seat we have at home, judging by how much she slept in the seat during our recent visit. Well worth the money and the price we paid on Overstock was cheaper then anywhere else.

Very nice seats for the price. I ordered two. I also have britax seats... a lot more quality for a lot more money. If the seat is installed correctly, it will do the same job.

I think this seat is great. It's lightweight but sturdy. Great quality for the price that I paid. My husband was shocked that I was able to install it by myself!! Very easy.

I received this within a week from ordering; it arrived in a fairly large package which worried me until I opened it up to find the car seat neatly packaged and the manual underneath a slat on the back. Immediately my son knew it was for him so he climbed in it and sat there until we were ready to put it into the vehicle. I love the support straps in the front, they are made of light yet durable material that does not irritate your baby and that there is a small button you push to tighten the straps after they are in the seat, and to loosen up the straps when you are taking them out making is hassle free. Definitelty a great buy! I would buy this again (if I needed to).

I purchased the car seat for my car when my grand children visit. I like the fact that it can be used for an infant in a back facing position and for a toddler in a front facing position. It is "no frills" so no complaining that is it pink or blue. Will use it for a long time. Very happy about my purchase.

This convertible car seat is nice and light, but sturdy and safe. Did some research and found this car seat highly rated and recommended. It arrived fast and in a undamaged box. It is also comfortable for a two year old toddler. We like it!

I would not reccomend this for a 6month old to 1 yr because the seat rocks back and forth when fastened down in the back seat

we bought this as a second car seat for the grandparents. not as sturdy or high quality as our britax, which we use on a daily basis, but fine for occasional use and excellent price

A good, safe seat at a great price that I don't feel guilty about buying and only using a few times a month or even a year. Lugging around those heavier seats just get impractical when the combined seat and child are upwards of 50 lbs. This seat solved our problem for the occasional time that GG picked up at daycare. And my favorite feature is that it is convertible because I don't think she will mind riding in this 2 or even 3 years into the future because it sits up high and doesn't have a restrictive view when you turn the seat to face front. The adjustments are easy enough to do and don't take long to set up. The other feature that appealed to me was the safety rating. It's very good even when compared to seats that cost twice as much. Be careful of the metal closures on this car seat or any other in hot weather. Cover the seat with a blanket when away from the car and it will stay cooler. You just have to be very careful in our 100 degree Texas summers!

Really nice carseat. Purchased as second/backup carseat, and while not as nice as our Britax, for the price and function, a great deal. Only major differences between Britax and this one is the thickness of the straps, the comfort (padding thickness) and the latches aren't as rigorous as Britax, but all in all, a great and safe carseat.

I bought this as a gift for my niece and she loved it. It worked well for her newborn son and it looked much more expensive than its affordable price. It is worth the money and more.

These seats are easy to install and are sturdy. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that it doesn't seem like it would be the most comfortable seat for a longer ride. The best part is that they are inexpensive enough to buy several, a spare for grandma's car, etc.
