I recently bought it for my 16 months and 21 pounds baby, its comfortable for my child and she seems to like it. Head rest support does not look so great but overall its good value for money.

Easy to install carseat
The carseat is to install either forward facing or rear facing. The seat is plush and must comfortable because my little one falls asleep on every car ride now :)
