  I was so disappointed when receiving this carseat. I have a earilier model maybe 2006 or 2007 model which I love and quality is awesome. That is what I expected. The carseat apppeared to be seconds or a shelf model. The edges looked worn and the pad/cover is cheap looking and feeling. Also the harness guides (plastic part that locks into the bottom of seat) are loose and do not want to stay locked into the seat like the cover has been removed once or replace. Possibly this was a return. Very dissappointed, but I need the seat. Theres not alot to choose from if you need a rear facing seat for a bigger infant that can be also used forward facing long term.

  My husband and I did much research on carseats for our daughter. She outgrew her infant carrier well before she will turn 1. I didn't want to spend a fortune on a seat, but also wanted one that was safe and comfortable for her. This is a great carseat for the price!
