  • I feel safer using this tub

As a grandparent, I feel much safer using this tub within my own tub. My grandchild has grown too large for the sink(and I always had my husband holding the hot water faucet so she couldn't turn it on. Now . . .no need for that, and it seems comfy. I also thought of using it as a small pool outside during the summer months. I didn't love blowing it up ,and I did deflate it after she left so it will be blow up time next time she visits again.

If they had simply put some straps around the back secured with a snap of some sort it would be 100x safer. As it is I cannot use it for my infant. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE and spoke to Donna who had no problem sending me a replacement sling HOWEVER It is being sent non priority with a quoted shipping time of 7-10 business days!! That is ridiculous because I paid over ** dollars for this and to wait up to 3 weeks is UNACCEPTABLE. 2. The Spa unit is also POORLY DESIGNED. Despite putting the batteries in correctly and securing them in the ...

The company was very good about sending out another one. I have not blown it up yet to see if this one is leak free.
