My husband and I purchsed the changing table for our new baby. We received the table in less then a week. However, we neglected to put it together or open the box right away. We didn't open the box until a month after it had arrived. When my husband went to put the changing table together he realized that it was missing a piece. My husband emailed the parts department and they shipped us the new piece in about a week at no charge. We were very pleased. The changing table looks great and we are happily waiting to change our first diaper. I would suggest buying an extra contour changing table insert for more padding.

The changing table is very sturdy. Good price. Instructions are somewhat hard to understand. The drawer was the most challenging to put together.

The over all quality was excellent. It is very sturdy and has a pleasing design. The table is a good value for the price. Putting the table together is a bit daunting but my husband who is good at this sort of thing did it in about 1 1/2 hours. When finished we both were pleased with the results and would recommend the table to any one.I like the idea of using the table later for toys or a bookshelf.
