Badger Basket Sage Folding Storage Seats (Pack of 2)

I bought these to place around a low table for my toddler's play/art area. They are great for that purpose. They arrive folded flat, and easily assemble by unfolding the box and lid, and placing a firm square base piece in the bottom of the box part to keep it unfolded. They are lightweight enough for a toddler to easily move. There is lots of room inside for storing small items such as blocks or toy cars, etc. They could also be used to store your books and magazines. They are sturdy to sit on, I believe they support up to 150#, cushioned, and make a nice small footrest in front of a couch or easy chair. They color is mint green, not quite as bright as the picture, and not really a sage color. Fabric quality is so-so, I think they are made of very sturdy card board or particle board. I don't expect they will last terribly long as they are not great quality, but they are useful and the price is right. I may buy some for my daughter's room - they would be super easy to cover with some leftover fabric and fabric glue to make a cute custom-looking seat/foot rest, or put 2 together with a tray on top as a kind of coffee table surface, and the soft top and light weight are perfect for a small child's room when they are still learning to walk.
