What a GREAT idea! A baby furniture item that grows with you! My son had a newborn rocker/sleeper made by Fisher Price and slept quite well in it. But my lil' guy has been growing like a weed and is too long to fit comfortably in it! I needed something that had a decent length and was sturdy. I did look at this product at BBB to see it in person and compared to the other available option, this was worth every penny... You can even leave the shade/bonnet attached to the Moses Basket (but folded down of course) and still put the removable changing table on top. Once the Moses Basket is no longer in use this is a full time changing station. That's what sealed the deal for me! I love the storage area underneath as well for blankets, toys, etc. (just need to figure out how to keep the cat out!) The locking wheels make it safe and I find it easy to roll on carpet. I agree with the other reviewer - while I have had no issues, it would be nice if the wheels were of metal and bigger. The diaper stacker and two mesh pockets in front are a nice addition - for anything small like nail clippers, lotions, socks, a camera... name it. The changing table/pad is comfortable, holds it shape and is easy to wipe down. I simply leave a receiving blanket on it for baby's comfort. I did add another bassinet mattress to add some more comfort but he did sleep well with the single pad that came with it. It seemed a little thin to me. OH and as a tip - use king sized pillow cases instead of buying bassinet sheets, just tuck the opening under the mattress at the feet. They fit great and you can get higher, more comfortable thread counts this way. I highly recommend this bassinet for its value, good looks, and functionality. Having a baby in a bassinet for a few months seemed like a waste of good money to me, so having this one turn into a changing station with tons of storage is fantastic! Plus, compare prices - Wally World, BRU, BBB - none of them beat O.co! Mine arrived in a week with the free shipping from Club O and took me 20 minutes to assemble on my own. Just a Phillips screwdriver is needed.
