How disappointing: had to have a friend take off the head and replace it correctly as it was put on backwards. Then, since there were no directions, we spent some time figuring how to lock the brushes on the head. Who needs a motorized brush when it's so much of a hassle. Also, we thougth we could attach a hose to it to use on the house, but you can't so we didn't gain a whole lot. Overall, a waste of time and money. Rely on old fashioned elbow grease.
