The pads wear off quickly within one use. Afterwards, you may tend to feel slight pain. However when I had used it, my stomach felt a bit tighter. I did not exercise while using the belt, but it would give better results if used while exercising.

I couldn't believe the results only after two weeks, went down to belt sizes.. Just orderd more pads and i'm adjusting my diet now to see how it goes. I been using it everyday and I am very satisfied. Awesome Product!! Actually works!!

The Ab Transform is better than the other belts on the market, only because you feel the intensity of belt right away. I placed the adhesive pads on my belly, I saw my belly start jumping. It worked so good! I don't have to do any more crunches. I need to order more pads.

I was very skeptical about ordering this product, but I have been pleasingly surprised. The Core Belt really works. I first started using the belt almost 6 weeks ago and my waist was 38 inches. After using the belt for only 2 weeks, daily, I loss 1 1/2 inches off my waist and 4 weeks later another inch. If you order this product, you must use it daily or you'll be throwing your money away. The inches will come off, slowly and the vibration from wearing the belt, I have found it to be very relaxingl. I haven't turned the dial up to maximum, but I'm headed in that direction. Good Luck

THIS BELT IS ALRIGHT, CANT SAY I AM IN LOVE WITH IT BUT I DONT HATE IT... I USE IT ON MY REST DAYS FROM WORKING OUT. THE THING IS YOU HAVE TO HAVE IT UP TO AT LEAST 6 FOR IT TO CONTRACT YOUR ABS... ANY HIGHER THAN THAT AND IT HURTS SOOOO BAD! I LEARNED THAT THE HARD WAY. I WAS USING THE BELT AND WENT TO CLIP THE CONTROLLER ON MY HIP AND TURNED THE KNOB TO 8! MY POOR SIDE WAS BURNING AND MY MUSCLE STARTED HAVING SPASMS(*SPELLING*) IT WAS ONLY FOR A FEW SECONDS BUT IT WAS REALLY PAINFUL. Kili presents special challenges when it comes to luggage, clothing and gear. Being prepared for the weather and temperature extremes is a necessity, but it's also important not to pack too much. There is a 35-pound weight limit to each piece of luggage carried by a porter. Most climbers pack one 35-pound capacity bag to go up with a porter and one small daypack to carry up themselves. The daypack: Erica and Tara will have 7 days to summit Tanzania's Mount Kilimanjaro. As they pass from one ecological zone to the next, their needs will change and so will the contents of their daypacks. Each day Erica and Tara will repack their daypacks in anticipation of the specific challenges of the day's journey. In general, their daypacks will include things like water, snacks, dry clothing, waterproof gear and sunscreen. The importance of keeping clothing and gear dry cannot be overstated.
