FANTASTIC
love this machine. Finally I'm going to get in shape. It's easy to use and I can feel a difference in my muscles after only 4 uses. It works best the upper and lower body. Abs are harder to tire out, but I'm sure I'll get there. The big surprise was the pilates bar, I'm excited to have that.

Workout Fun!
The benck is a glide and slide dream. I have never thought I could work out and not just enjoy it but want to do it every day! I love this product and would recommend it to all looking to begin a in home workout program.

The Total Gym XLS is fine product; but it is very "pricey" for what you get. There are similar products on the market that also have high quality construction and are cheaper.

Love this gym
Definitly would reccomend the Total Gym...Does everything it says it can and then some. Always finding new exercises to perform with the gym other than the ones included with it. Outstanding workout.
