Your repair is covered 100 percent, including parts, labor, and 2-way shipping (if you are outside the 30 mile radius of the repair center). If we can't fix it, you'll be reimbursed for 100 percent of the product's purchase price credited to your Overstock.com account, so you can replace it.
In-home service is available at no additional cost for products originally provided with that benefit in the original warranty.
Platinum Protection also includes a 'No-Lemon' Policy, and your coverage is fully transferable if you sell your product or give it as a gift.

Hello Tony, no additional action is required on your behalf. The contract is linked to the order confirmation email and under the My Account page under purchase invoice. Protection begins on product purchase date. Thanks for shopping with us.
