Good value!
A nominal fee for protection to a pretty piece of jewelry that will be worn often, it just makes sense! It's a nice reassurance that if a problem arises, it's already covered. The cost is cheap for a three year plan, I knew right away I wanted the coverage and I won't hesitate to use it if it's needed.

The protection plan sucks. Because you have to worry about sending a product back to Overstock in reg mail and hope it gets to them.

I made a order on July 1st I made a order on a wedding band for my husband and they still haven't sent me the ring yet

Never Received 3 year warranty
I have alway had a good experience with O.com. I purchased opal earrings with a 3 year extended warranty. Received the earrings, no warranty. Please send it to me, or the earrings are being sent back and you'll lose a customer.
