unsure what I paid for as I haven't received ANY information as to what this protection plan entails

extended plan
haven't recieved in the mail. We would like to get this extended warranty so if we do have a problem with the tv, we can call and have it taken care of. Please send the extended warranty in the mail right away if it hasn't been send already.

For the price to protect something you love it's worth it. One of the great ideas from overstock! I haven't used it yet but feel safe in knowing I have it! Thanks O.

Great Plan
I called on a Saturday night about 11:20 pm (right before new year's) and there was someone to answer my questions and to set up a repair appointment. I just hope that the people at the repair center are as good as the overstock protection team. Worth getting the plan.

Always get a Warranty!
When I purchase Electronics --I always make a habit of getting the Warranty....it is good Insurance for something that may go wrong because of the Company who Manufacture -not Over Stock. I just go one step beyond the Overstock guarantees and protect myself. For Instance one of the Televisions I ordered was all Green. It went back without a hitch. All Monies was refunded --then I ordered another one ASAP
