I have not received a copy of Plan,
I have not received a copy of the Service plan. I was hoping that it would come in the mail, but I haven't received it yet.

For $**, it is worth it to purchase a protection plan at this price.

I Don't normally buy these
This is adding protection to a gift for a teenaged boy. I don't normally buy "extended service plans", however, it seemed prudent in this case.

Need Some Better Service
They are very helpful and this is a great thing to purchase just in case something happens. However, they don't update you very often. It was a little over 3 months before I heard anything and when we did hear something it was to tell us it wasn't repairable. Just wish we got, like, an email or SOMETHING to say, "We haven't forgotten about you."

Does what is says
I've had to use this twice with flat irons that broke. It was fairly simple to contact and have the return made with credit from the defective flat iron credited to my account. I would purchase again depending on how I view the product I was buying.

I see under the description of the plan that it lists ring re-sizing as one of the items that is covered. Does this mean that if I purchase a ring and it doesn't fit that it will be re-sized for free under the plan? Or does this simply mean that any issues that occur as a result of going and having it re-sized are covered?

If I return the chain that I purchased this plan for will I automatically get the cost of the warranty program back or how does that work?

If you are still within return timeframe you will get the cost of the warranty refunded. If it is past the 30 day return timeframe you will not because you are using the warranty to return it.If this is a buyers remorse return, you will pay return shipping. You cannot return after the 30 days for buyers remorse. You can only use the warranty to return for reasons that it covers.

I was wondering if the Platinum 2 service plan (2 year) covers lost jewelry? The chain broke on the necklace and then I lost the necklace after having to set it down due to the chain being broken and was unable to wear it.
