This Platinum Plan covers failures the manufacturer's warranty doesn't, right from the date of purchase, such as:
Your repair is covered 100 percent, including parts, labor, and 2-way shipping (if outside the 30 mile radius of repair center). If we can't fix it, you'll be reimbursed for 100 percent of the product's purchase price credited to your Overstock.com account, so you can replace it.
In-home service is available at no additional cost for products originally provided with that benefit in the original warranty.
Platinum Protection also includes a "No-Lemon" Policy, and your coverage is fully transferable if you sell your product or give it as a gift.
