Service Plan
This paln is a very good idea for anything that might break. I have used it within 90 days of buying a watch. I have also used a similar plan for a computer within the first 6 months.

Never received
I ordered my daughter a laptop for Hanukkah. I received the laptop and the case that I bought.. But I never was shipped the extended warranty I purchased or the laptop manual/papers..

If buying electronics they have tech support
This is okay so far. Only a few days in had a problem from get go and could not reach vendor the tech support walked me through removing static from a laptop to improve quality.

Totally worth it
The last laptop I bought from Overstock, I decided to buy the extended warranty and very glad that I did. Kids accidentely dropped it and Overstock refunded the entire purchase price. Now I buy extended warranty on everything that I buy for the kids.

I purchased the warranty but you do not receive any instructions or a phone # of what to do if something goes wrong
