Fast and friendly service
I didn't know anything about my warranty but remembered I had purchased one after I noticed a missing diamond after I went swimming. I was on the phone for less than five minutes, my case was set up and a return label was emailed to me. As long as my ring comes back within a reasonable amount of time, I can't imagine anything being more efficient or effective than this $$ warranty. Just do it!
