Poor quality, poor customer support!
We received the ring in good timing, but within a few months the ring lost a stone. We had to pay to ship it back and for the shipping insurance. Once the ring was repaired and returned another stone fell out. At this point if I had not gotten the Insurance I would have an expensive wedding ring my wife couldn't wear because another stone is gone. When we contacted Overstock they said the stone has to fall out 4 times before they replace the ring, horrible. What happens in two years when the insurance runs out and we are still losing stones I wonder. I guess around $XXX wasted and a new ring expense on top of that. Horrible buy, ring, and product support. I have grave doubts I will buy from Overstock again.

Slow but worth the extra money
I had to return a ring I purchased for resizing. It took a few weeks but sazed me money and the hassle of going to jeweler and the ring returned in immaculant shape and fits like a glove now.

I've read the plan and it is solid and very fair. I wouldn't buy a valuable item without insurance.
