2 year jewelry protection plan
I asked for a hard copy of the protection to be mailed to me plan because I don't have the option to print from Overstock.com's website. The response was to go back online for my information. Not customer friendly at all. The protection plan should be included with the jewelry when it is mailed to the customer. I still don't have a copy and I just purchased a third ring.

This really sucks.
I order this in December and have not received a copy of the Protection Plan as of date. I don't understand what the problem is. I really would like to have a copy of the Protection Plan.

Overstock could not refund
Had to call to get the extended warranty credited. Could not do it on line. Customer service is a joke with their rules and call you back "to discuss" parameters. No reason to use this site for anything. There is NO VALUE PROPOSITION.

so glad i purchaced this plan as some how she managed to somehow managed to sqeeze the ring to an egg shape. i was slightly upset on the time it took but when it came back it was as good as new [great job]

Does this warranty cover cleanings? can a ring be mailed back, cleaned up, and sent? my stone has become incredibly cloudy and lackluster, it is unrecognizable!

I bought a white gold wedding right set last May. The rings have started to turn yellow, and look dirty. Took them to a local jewelry store, and they said they need to be redipped (?) does my protection plan cover this?
