I paid the little bit extra for the coverage but never got any paperwork to support it so don't know what to think...

I already had a warranty that was not mentioned!
I purchased a 2-year warranty when the watch actually has a 3-year superior warranty. Wish I had known that when I purchased it! Also, when I called to send my watch in to Overstock, the Overstock employee suggested I utilize the Bulova warranty. A lot of good the Overstock warranty was!

Wise thing to have
I wish I could afford it for every item I buy from here. Needless to say (I don't).... Please read some of the reviews before purchasing items (some will show you how useful this warranty can be).

hmm not sure what to think
Ive had an Overstock item that was warrantied as such before, and was greatful for it... but this time around... the watch company says that 3ATM/99ft is good for only occassional splashes, and that 5ATM or something like 300ft is appropriate for showering. HELLO? !!! SERIOUSLY? so basically I see that this watch brand company does not believe in their own products. So now my delicate dive style, 3ATM watch sits on the bathroom counter and keeps time for my toothbruch and toothpaste, because it better not get splashed and c**p out.... SO... does that mean that the Overstock warranty would cover it? I have no idea. It does say normal wear and tear, and with a 3ATM watch, lap swimming is normal wear and tear.... hmmmm how long do I wait to see if 3ATM watch will actually hold out under about 10ft of water pressure compared to the 100 ft of water pressure which it is rated for? And exactly how hard would I have to smack my hand/wrist against the water to apply 100ft of water pressure to the watch... maybe THAT is the question.

Two-year plan for practically nothing. Hopefully, we will never have to use the plan especially since with watch is made so well.

Ring Resizing Request
We are not informed that the Protection Plan is with another company and you have to make several 800# calls to get to the right dept. On the several calls that I had to make there were a few good experiences and some not so great. I just think the customer service rep might had a bad day. Overall, I think the Protection Plan is a great choice for anyone purchasing an expensive item to be shipped and if items need to be repaired.
