never received warranty!
paid extra for the warranty and still as of today (2 weeks later) never received it in the mail. was told it would be shipped seperately than my merchandise.

The warranty was never recieved in the mail as per the original agreement.

Excuses and no help!
No point in having it because they can't seem to make their own system work to get your reimbursement! After 4 phone calls over the past 2 1/2 months, I still haven't gotten my money back!!
