Great to have protection, but!
Protection is a good investment, I needed to have a computer repaired/replaced...it saved me the extra cost of replacement. The only issue is that when you need repair/replacement it takes a very long time and there is not a lot of communication between you and the repair service. I eventually needed to have a replacement after 4 attempts, I had the 4 year coverage and needed to use it in the beginning of the second year of coverage. Since the coverage was used, I could not get credit for the remaining coverage. I called Overstock and they eventually did help me and gave me half of the cost of the coverage back. All and all I would still suggest getting the coverage but know that it is only helpful if the a repair is made and the issue was corrected. Overstock is awesome in helping make any issues as painless as possible only they do have their limitations on what they can do.

Great computer!
First off we ordered this on a Tuesday and recieved it by Thursday...Fast shipping and the product is GREAT!...This computer out of the box was ready to go and is great...Definately a space saver and works well with all of the products we use daily and had before we got the new computer...Touchscreen allows for so much more to be done and the HD screen is awesome!
